Question 1

Why do metal prices stay live until lock-in?

Accepted Answer

Gold, platinum, and palladium prices move every single trading day. Our prices stay live until the day we accept your order. If the market drops, that savings goes straight to you.

Question 2

How are diamonds priced?

Accepted Answer

Diamonds are priced the old-fashioned way — by the 4Cs: Carat, Color, Clarity, and Cut. You see the exact stone, with its IGI or GIA report and photos when the stone has one, before anything is finalized.

Question 3

Are the prices jewelry-only?

Accepted Answer

Price is for the jewelry. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. Shipping is shown as a separate line.

Question 4

When do you lock the exact price?

Accepted Answer

We give you a clear estimate as soon as you design the ring. Once you approve the CAD and the specific stones, we lock in the exact final price based on that day's metal pricing.

Straight talk, no surprises.
